Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF): BCA-MSF Universal Design Mark for Family-Friendly Business Platinum Award 2018 – 2021
City Square Mall is the first and only mall to receive the BCA-MSF Universal Design Mark for Family-Friendly Business Platinum Award 2018. This award recognizes and inspires businesses’ efforts to make their premises accessible, convenient and safe for families, including the young, the elderly and persons with diverse needs, and to adopt service standards and processes to enhance the experience of 3G families.
In 2021, City Square Mall has once again attained BCA-MSF Universal Design Mark for Family-Friendly Business Platinum Award.
