From inception of Pâtisserie Glacé to the current daily operation, Chef Tomoko and her staff have been intimately and passionately involved in getting all the products taste like they would in Japan. The style of Glacé’s pastries resonates with her core beliefs that the ingredients must be of the highest quality without any preservatives, creations that a mother will serve her child.
Tomoko and her partner opened Pâtisserie Glacé with the objective of making healthy, tasty and moderately-priced Japanese pastries accessible to the majority of Singaporeans. Since 2010 Pâtisserie Glacé has been conducting popular baking classes so professionals and amateurs can also “Bake Like Glacé”.
